Shipping & Delivery: Free shipping is available for all orders within India. Most orders are delivered with 5 to 7 Wporking days through a Nationally Reputed Courier Service. For Pin Codes that are not serviced by leading courier services, the order shall be shipped through Speed Post of India Post and the same can take upto 15 days to get delivered.

International Shipping:At the moment we are not accepting International Orders.

 Returns: You can return an item within 7 days of receiving the product. No returns/exchange on SALE items. Kindly intimate reason for return at care.tweedle@gmail.com before returning the product.

Your item must be unused & in the same condition as received. Return will be approved only after a quality check has been done on the returned products.

All items can be returned for a credit coupon applicable for online & offline purchase (directly from us). The entire amount of the product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code. 

You can use this coupon code for any future purchase within 6 months of receiving it.

The customer has to courier the returnable items to our address. The customer has to bear the shipping cost of returning the items.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation is only possible before an order is processed from our end. Once an order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. For cancellation, please email care.tweedle@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Store credit will be provided against cancellation of an order.There is no cancellation, exchange or refund possible for any products on sale.
